Had a good stay at this hotel and would recommend it!

Conveniently located within the city area of Jeju. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with free parking provided on site. There was a 7-11 conveniently located at B1 too. Recommended hotel to explore Jeju city and the nearby areas from.

Pillows provided were a bit flat, would have preferred harder / firmer pillow options.

The property is in good condition with nice view to airport

Toilet and room size are not in proportion, toilet is relatively big compare to room size. There’s not enough hook or space to put clothes or hang towel inside toilet.

Great location.

Location was good. Close to the airport. Many buses were close by. Near the market and TeWoo beach. Shuttle bus to the airport. Good updates on kakao. Easy/express check out.

It was a little expensive for 2 nights triple room.

Convenient for a morning flight

Good location very close to the airport for an early flight in the morning. Comfortable, clean room and bathroom with bathtub. lots of small shops and restaurants arounds

The pool not included in room price policy is disappointing and the proposed price prohibitive (12 000 krw per head including kids).

The hotel is closer to the city and very close to the airport. Lots of places to shop at.

Comfortable, friendly smiling staff all over the hotel

From front desk to lobby all the staff were friendly and dadicated to their work .Their charming smile is always there in the memory.The room size is okay for two.They have provided a table fan as well which we found very useful

One night lamp in the room is needed.All the lights goes off with off switch and it's extremely dark

Very Good

I only got the room without the pool. Room was nice and comfortable. I had ocean view which was very pretty. Also nice to have a bath when travelling. Location was good for tours but a bit far away from the water front.

The rooms are Huge. I have enough space for my bags. The toilet has bathtub can take long baths. Plus, I can do my laundry and have fresh clean clothes

The lifts are just too slow. That's all.

It was a good hotel, very near airport (7 min taxi ride), and many Klook tours as well as Jeju City Tour had this hotel as a pickup point. However the pillows were not very comfortable

Our stay is fine

The reception area and the swimming pool place are both nice and new, but you have to pay additional for using the pool. Good to try for one night but not really for staying longer time.

I think the room facility is quite old - you will see the desktop pad/mat is old and a bit damaged too.
